Account security
A familiar workspace, with guidance in English and Arabic. Use the account and administrator settings available to your role to keep access intentional and your account protected.
How to use it
- Use العربية or English in this website’s header to change the website and Help language. Webmail language is managed separately in the account’s available settings.
- Keep your password unique. Enable additional authentication if offered by your administrator, and use the approved recovery process if you lose access.
- Review sharing permissions and connected services. On a shared computer, sign out and close your session when finished. Support will not need your password or a live sign-in code.
